Preliminary Studies Phase. Technology searching, application for subsidies, production systems studies, feasibility studies, work on the training plan.
Factory Design Phase. Selection and purchase of the machinery, lay-out design, production process design, project coordination, bidding process, search for an ERP software.
Construction Phase. Construction management, commissioning of the machinery, development of the ISO 9000-2000 and HACCP.
